HR & Training Co-ordinator

Colleen has almost 10 years experience in coordinating care services to people of all ages. Colleen's background in Personal Care enables her to understand the complex issues that our staff face in delivering care to our clients. More recently Colleen has completed a Certificate 3 in Business and undertaken several computer courses to enhance her skill set. Colleen is involved in Human Resources, Training, Payroll, Invoicing and quality control.

Karen Newman
Client
Services Coordinator


Karen is a very experienced client services coordinator. Responsible for coordinating client care services and staff workloads, Karen performs a complex role. Karen's qualifications include Certificate 3 and 4 in Aged care as well as Certificate 3 in Business. With past experience as a Personal Carer, Manager of Residential Facilities and over 10 years in the industry Karen is a valuable member of the Prestige Operations team.

Kim De Marco
Client Services Coordinator

Kim's responsibilities are co-ordinating client case services and staff workloads.  Kim's qualifications include Certificate IV in Health (Division 2 Nurse), Certificate IV in Aged Care Work and she is currently undertaking a Diploma in Case Management.  Kim has spent the last 6 years working in the community and prior to that worked in Aged Care facilities.

Thea McCroary
Relationship Manager

Thea comes to Prestige with a fantastic variety of skills and experiences. With a father who is a Doctor and a strong grounding in the medical field, Thea has worked in the medical industry herself for many years before completing a commerce degree majoring in accounting and subsequently moving into the finance industry.
Thea has enjoyed the opportunity to work in business development in finance markets both in London and Sydney.
Thea comes to Prestige with exceptional communication and people skills and will be responsible for building new business within the organisation. By developing our relations with existing clients as well as making new contacts with various stakeholders in the community health industry, Thea will be in an excellent position to spread the word about the amazing services that Prestige has to offer.
