Colleen has almost 10 years experience in coordinating care services to people of all ages. Colleen's background in Personal Care enables her to understand the complex issues that our staff face in delivering care to our clients. More recently Colleen has completed a Certificate 3 in Business and undertaken several computer courses to enhance her skill set. Colleen is involved in Human Resources, Training, Payroll, Invoicing and quality control.

Karen Newman
Client Services Coordinator

Karen is a very experienced client services coordinator. Responsible for coordinating client care services and staff workloads, Karen performs a complex role. Karen's qualifications include Certificate 3 and 4 in Aged care as well as Certificate 3 in Business. With past experience as a Personal Carer, Manager of Residential Facilities and over 10 years in the industry Karen is a valuable member of the Prestige Management team.
